Content Intern – Fashion & Digital Media

About the role

Join Boubid Africa as a Content Intern and work directly with the Creative Director to develop engaging visual and written content for a fast‑growing fashion brand. This hands‑on role offers exposure to fashion branding, social media strategy, and creative production in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director in planning and executing content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other digital channels.
• Create photo, video and graphic assets, capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, and edit short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok and Stories.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches and seasonal collections.
• Write captions, storytelling copy and promotional text aligned with the brand voice.
• Support photoshoots, video productions and campaign preparations, including content calendar management.
• Monitor audience engagement, research competitor trends and suggest improvements.
• Assist with influencer collaborations and campaign coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Creative Arts or a related field.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling and the Nigerian fashion industry.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic photography and videography.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (preferred).
