Consultant Gynecologist – HIFU Specialist

About the role

The institution is expanding its advanced gynecological treatment portfolio and seeks a Consultant Gynecologist to specialize in High‑Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) technology while also supporting Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) services. The role combines clinical service delivery, advanced procedural practice, and rotational coverage across Lagos, Abuja and Asaba centres.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecological consultations, diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform advanced procedures including HIFU for uterine fibroids and other indicated conditions.
• Participate in fertility consultations and manage ART cases.
• Deliver patient counseling, post‑procedure follow‑up and maintain accurate medical records.
• Rotate between Abuja and Asaba centres to ensure specialist coverage.

Required profile

• Medical degree (M.B., B.S. or equivalent) with Fellowship qualification (F.W.A.C.S. or F.M.C.O.G.).
• Registered Consultant Gynecologist with a valid MDCN practising licence.
• Strong surgical and clinical competence in gynecology.
• Commitment to a three‑year service bond and ability to commence training within one month.
