Medical Dispatch Rider

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Medical Dispatch Rider to transport laboratory specimens, medications, medical supplies, and related documents safely and promptly between healthcare facilities and patients in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport specimens, medications, equipment and documents while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Handle, store and transport biological specimens according to established protocols and infection‑control standards.
• Support specimen collection activities where qualified and authorized.
• Verify and document all pickups and deliveries, maintain delivery logs and complete assignments on time.
• Perform routine motorcycle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma, OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a dispatch rider; experience in phlebotomy or laboratory services is highly desirable.
• Valid motorcycle rider’s permit and proven riding experience.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and navigation tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency assignments.
