Company Driver – Safe Transportation for Staff & Clients

About the role

The Driver will provide safe, efficient and timely transportation services for company staff, clients, and management. This position ensures vehicles are well‑maintained and all trips comply with traffic regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Transport staff, management, clients and visitors to designated locations safely.
• Drive company vehicles for site inspections, property viewings, meetings and other official assignments.
• Ensure punctual pick‑up and drop‑off according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report faults, damages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Monitor servicing schedules and arrange regular maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel purchases, mileage and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, licences, insurance and permits are valid and up‑to‑date.
• Report accidents, incidents or traffic violations immediately to management.
• Assist with delivery and collection of documents, materials and other official items when required.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real‑estate environment.
• Good knowledge of local road networks and routes.
• Ability to communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit and able to handle routine driving responsibilities.

Required skills

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
