Commission‑Based Business Development Representative (Remote – Nigeria & West Africa)

About the role

Xcrowpay is seeking self‑motivated Business Development Representatives to expand its escrow infrastructure across Nigeria and West Africa. This remote, commission‑only position focuses on driving adoption within digital communities, online marketplaces, and fintech ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Telegram group admins managing P2P trading, crypto, goods, and services communities.
• Pitch Xcrowpay’s escrow solution to online vendors, SMEs, and marketplace operators.
• Track leads, conversions, and commissions while providing weekly pipeline updates to the founding team.
• Represent Xcrowpay on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, WhatsApp business groups, and startup communities to generate awareness and inbound interest.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Nigerian digital markets, P2P ecosystems, and online trade communities.
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals independently.
• Highly self‑motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage startup environment.
