Civil Engineer – High‑Rise Building Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our fast‑growing facility‑management team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role focuses on the maintenance and finishing of high‑rise building facilities, including sophisticated façade works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings covering architectural layouts, structural designs and building systems such as plumbing, ventilation and electrical installations.
• Manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high‑quality, innovative and functional designs.
• Lead and coordinate a technical team responsible for finishing works.
• Verify that all structural elements comply with relevant codes, standards and regulations.
• Oversee installation of specialised façade systems, including aluminium, Alucobond, glass, and the finishing of doors, windows and partitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or HND in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in building construction and finishing projects, especially high‑rise structures.
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership abilities.
