Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division in South East England. The role will oversee the delivery of Build to Rent, student accommodation and education sector projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimise outcomes.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and innovation on‑site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, focusing on BTR, student accommodation or education projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
