Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Acquire and manage individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client and strategic partner relationships.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Promote the company’s insurance products and brokerage services.
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
Required profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
