About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition across Oil & Gas, Construction and Corporate Training sectors. You will work closely with the Managing Director to identify opportunities, nurture leads and expand our market presence in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads in Oil & Gas, Construction and Corporate Training using cold calls, email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
  • Follow up on warm contacts and previous engagements to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Prepare briefing notes for the MD before meetings, including context, history and opportunity sizing.
  • Produce a weekly pipeline summary that is clear, honest and action‑oriented.
  • Collaborate with the PA to provide any compliance documentation required for proposals.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a related field.
