Bar Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our juice‑bar team in Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing fresh beverages, serving customers and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare juices, smoothies, wellness shots and other drinks following approved recipes.
• Wash, peel, cut and store fruits, vegetables and other ingredients properly.
• Serve customers, explain menu options, take orders and suggest additional items.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Keep the bar, preparation area and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels, report low items and record waste or damaged ingredients.
• Follow food‑safety, personal‑hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and participate in promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Entry‑level experience (at least 1 month) in a juice bar, café, restaurant or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good communication, customer‑service and basic numerical skills.
• Neat appearance, high personal‑hygiene standards and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
