About the role
The Bakery Manager will oversee daily production of baked goods, ensuring fresh items are always available on shelves. This role involves managing ingredient usage, maintaining quality standards, and leading the bakery team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan daily production to keep shelves full of fresh goods.
- Monitor ingredient usage to minimize food waste and spoilage.
- Inspect baked goods to ensure they meet size, taste, and appearance standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a bakery manager role.
- HND/BSc qualification.
- Must be located in Benin City and stay in/close to UGBOWO B/C.
- Completed NYSC service.
