Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Marina location. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support the Restaurant Manager in driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate table service, food delivery, and customer flow during peak periods.
• Motivate and manage waiters, cashiers, kitchen assistants and other staff.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and handle staff attendance.
• Address customer complaints, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and monitor satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory counts.
• Support cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
