About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Managing Consultant in Performance Analytics. You will help global clients unlock value by translating data into actionable insights and delivering analytical solutions across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects spanning multiple industries and problem statements.
• Develop and execute analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients.
• Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profitability.
• Review analytics end‑products to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Maintain trusted relationships with client managers and act as a reliable partner.
• Capture intellectual capital and structure project work with minimal oversight.
• Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
• Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior team members.
