Lead IoT & Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead IoT & Full‑Stack Developer to design and deliver a platform that captures live vehicle diagnostic data, verifies it cryptographically, and presents it through a seamless cross‑platform mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a React Native mobile application for iOS and Android from a single codebase.
• Build a real‑time OBD‑II ingestion pipeline using ELM327 Bluetooth/WiFi adapters.
• Implement high‑throughput streaming with WebSockets to mobile and web dashboards.
• Create a robust Python FastAPI backend exposing REST and WebSocket endpoints.
• Integrate SHA‑256 verification to ensure immutable vehicle records.
• Handle hardware communication: NFC tag read/write and GT06 GPS tracker protocol mapping.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure on Cloudflare Edge, leveraging R2 and AWS S3 storage.
• Develop a React‑based administrative dashboard and secure B2B API tier.

Required profile

• Strong mastery of Python backend development, preferably with FastAPI.
• Proven experience shipping production‑ready React Native apps that interact with hardware.
• Hands‑on experience with Bluetooth LE, WiFi, or other IoT communication protocols.
• Deep understanding of event‑driven architectures, WebSockets, and real‑time data streaming.
• Based in Nigeria preferred, though exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
