About the role
The Archive Officer will manage the company’s electronic filing system, ensuring that all digital documents are securely stored, indexed and easily retrievable. This role supports internal and external stakeholders by providing prompt access to archived materials.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an electronic filing system.
- Scan, photocopy, and store digital documents.
- Index, track, and set up an easy retrieval system for electronic records.
- Ensure document security and compliance with archiving standards.
- Manage electronic document management platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, M‑Files and OpenText.
- Respond promptly to requests for archived materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in information technology, digital archiving or records management.
- Experience with archival databases, metadata standards and digital preservation techniques.
