About the role
We are seeking an Architecture Engineer to lead the design and review of railway station and building projects in Abuja. Reporting to the Senior Expert, you will coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and structural aspects, ensuring compliance with project timelines and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and control the functional, architectural and interior design of railway stations/buildings prepared by the Contractor.
- Review and comment on architectural and interior design drawings according to the approved timeline.
- Ensure integration between architectural, MEP, landscape, and structural designs.
- Prepare design briefs, perform analysis and calculations.
- Conduct design reviews and checks of designs prepared by other parties, providing technical comments.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings and design documentation.
- Participate in technical meetings with the Contractor and Clients as required.
- Conduct periodic site visits to infrastructure locations in coordination with the supervision team.
