Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician

About the role

The Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Technician will work directly with students at Temple School, delivering personalized behaviour intervention plans under the supervision of a certified Behaviour Analyst. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on supporting children’s social, communication and daily living skills while collecting essential data to track progress.

Key responsibilities

• Implement behaviour reduction techniques and teach life, social and communication skills.
• Collect, record and analyse data to monitor each student’s progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and other professionals to ensure cohesive programme delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in applying ABA principles and behaviour intervention techniques.
• Strong observational, data‑collection and progress‑monitoring abilities.
• Ability to teach life, social and communication skills to children of varying abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with students, parents and educational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience or certification in ABA therapy is a strong advantage.
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to ethical guidelines.
