AI Engineer – Machine Learning & LLM Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to bring AI-powered features to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine‑learning models for various business applications.
• Build, train, test, and optimise machine‑learning and deep‑learning algorithms.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data sets for model training.
• Develop AI‑powered applications such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and computer‑vision solutions.
• Fine‑tune pre‑trained models and large language models (LLMs) for specific business needs.
• Integrate AI models into web, mobile, or enterprise applications via APIs.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Document technical solutions and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience developing AI or machine‑learning solutions.
• Master’s degree or relevant AI certifications are a plus.
