Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead the day‑to‑day administrative functions of our Lagos office. The role involves overseeing office operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient support for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the administrative team to achieve high performance.
• Design, implement and continuously improve administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, vendor relationships and procurement.
• Manage office budgets, supplies and track expenditures.
• Prepare reports, business correspondence and maintain accurate records and confidential documents.
• Organise meetings, travel arrangements and executive schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
