Account Manager – Regional Customer Relations

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the end‑to‑end (E2E) process of regional customer relationship development and project implementation. The role focuses on achieving market, sales and collection targets while strengthening long‑term customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full E2E cycle of customer relationship building, from prospecting to project delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain exclusive relationships with mid‑level and senior‑level executives, influencing decision‑making and handling any negative events.
• Analyse customer pain points, present tailored solutions and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
• Execute regional strategic objectives by conducting comprehensive market analysis (industry, customers, competition, Huawei, opportunities) and implementing the resulting action plans.
• Lead project expansion tasks independently and coordinate resources across partner companies to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and improve relationships with mid‑ and senior‑level executives.
• Experience acting as project leader and managing project expansion activities.
• Strong resource‑coordination skills across multiple organisations.
• Understanding of the LTC process and E2E operational model, with successful project operation experience preferred.
• Sales background in datacom & security, IT or network energy sectors.
• General knowledge of financial business scenarios, customer characteristics and investment directions.
• Transport industry background or experience managing relationships with transportation ministries is a plus.
