In-Shop Sales Promoter – Retail (Abuja)

About the role

Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and needs enthusiastic, customer‑focused sales promoters to work inside designated 3C HUB retail outlets in Abuja. You will engage walk‑in customers, explain the phone financing solution, and guide them through the onboarding and application process.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage walk‑in customers at 3C HUB locations to promote the mobile installment financing product.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation.
• Provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and address concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other sales metrics.
• Follow up with pending customers to complete applications and secure final approvals.
• Maintain compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Result‑driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and effective use of smartphones or digital onboarding tools.
