About the role
Moniepoint is seeking an Account Manager to act as the trusted advisor for Moniebook customers after onboarding. The role focuses on driving long‑term satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring customers extract maximum value from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively engage customers, assess satisfaction, and address questions before they become issues.
- Educate customers on under‑utilised Moniebook features, provide training refreshers, and monitor usage data to close adoption gaps.
- Track customer health signals such as login frequency, transaction volume, and support tickets to identify at‑risk accounts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase ROI, align on business goals, and surface growth opportunities.
- Drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross‑sell initiatives while preventing churn.
Required profile
- Proactive customer advocate with a strong commitment to client success.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to analyse usage data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
