Transport Marketer

About the role

The Transport Marketer will design and execute marketing initiatives that promote Brit Properties' transport services, routes and offers. Working closely with operations, sales and partner teams, the role aims to attract individual travelers, corporate clients, schools, hotels and travel agencies across Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns for transport services and promotional offers.
• Identify and target new customer segments such as businesses, schools, hotels and travel agencies.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, pricing trends and growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing activities across social media, email, websites and other online platforms.
• Create marketing content, advertisements, promotional materials and customer communications.
• Support customer acquisition and retention programmes, including loyalty and referral initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and strategic agents.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to align campaigns with service capacity and experience.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics and prepare regular marketing and sales reports.
• Coordinate events, roadshows, activations and other brand‑awareness activities.
• Oversee the company’s online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to recommend service improvements.
• Monitor competitor offerings and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with operations, sales and partner teams.
