Ticketing and Reservations Executive

About the role

The Ticketing and Reservations Executive will manage end‑to‑end ticketing operations for air, rail, hotel and car rental bookings. You will work closely with corporate and leisure travelers, ensuring accurate reservations, compliance with travel policies and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Create and issue tickets using Amadeus GDS and other airline/hotel booking platforms.
• Interpret client travel policies, fare rules and supplier contracts.
• Handle high volumes of email and phone requests from travel desk officers and individual travelers.
• Manage schedule changes, cancellations, re‑issues and refunds promptly.
• Monitor PNRs for disruptions and provide alternative solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements and airport security procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy in all passenger records and documentation.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve service issues and achieve accuracy, productivity and quality targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ticketing or reservations.
• A degree in a related field (e.g., Travel Management, Business Administration).
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on high satisfaction scores.
