This is a flexible, commission‑only partnership where you introduce the solution to HR and recruiting professionals in your network and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting, and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and address basic questions.
• Collect feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive a bonus when your own organization adopts the platform.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑connected network of hiring professionals.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
