Student Success Manager

About the role

Astria Learning, an education‑technology company, is looking for a Student Success Manager to lead its eCampus operations across partner institutions. You will coach and manage a team of Student Support Supervisors and Student Success Coordinators, ensuring every learner receives proactive, high‑quality support throughout their academic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the student support model for multiple partner colleges and universities.
• Directly manage Student Support Supervisors and Student Success Coordinators.
• Define, document, and enforce service principles such as proactive outreach, accountability partnership, and full‑lifecycle support.
• Monitor and improve key outcomes: enrollment, engagement, retention, on‑time tuition payment, and graduation rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in customer success, operations, and finance to align support activities with institutional goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in customer service, support operations, or related fields.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience, preferably in an education or EdTech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and act on student performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness for serving diverse student populations.
