Account Teacher

About the role

The Account Teacher will deliver comprehensive lessons using visual and audio tools, providing individualized instruction and fostering interactive learning. The role involves creating educational content, assessing student progress, and maintaining a disciplined classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner using visual/audio means.
• Provide individualized instruction and promote interactive learning.
• Create and distribute notes, summaries, assignments, etc.
• Assess and record students’ progress, give grades and feedback.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders; attend regular meetings.
• Plan and execute in‑class and outdoor educational activities.
• Observe student behavior, report any suspicions of neglect or abuse.
• Develop professional skills by attending seminars and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum academic qualification of NCE.
• At least 2 years of consistent teaching experience in public or private schools.
• TRCN registration is an advantage.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing student growth.
• Strong moral values, discipline, and excellent communication skills.
