Social Media Manager

About the role

Delectus Guards Service Limited is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to shape and execute its digital presence. You will work closely with internal teams to create engaging content, grow our audience, and support the brand’s objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly social media calendars aligned with company goals.
• Write compelling copy, captions, and hooks for posts.
• Coordinate the production of videos, graphics, and reels with internal or external creators.
• Monitor direct messages, comments, and replies to foster community engagement.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trending topics on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager when needed.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions, turning data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar social media role.
