Social Media Manager and Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager and Marketer to boost our online presence in the real‑estate sector. This internship will involve creating engaging content, managing multiple platforms, and supporting advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create graphics, reels, videos, captions and promotional materials.
• Capture property and project‑site photos and videos as needed.
• Edit property tours, interviews, testimonials and short‑form content.
• Promote property listings, short‑let apartments, projects and investment opportunities.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, enquiries and leads.
• Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Monitor content and campaign performance and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, followers and leads.
• Research current real‑estate and digital‑marketing trends and maintain brand identity across all platforms.

Required profile

• NYSC serving member or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience managing social‑media pages and creating graphics and videos.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
