Site Inspection – Construction Monitoring

About the role

The company seeks a diligent Site Inspection professional to monitor daily activities on construction sites in Lagos. You will ensure work progresses on schedule, maintain accurate material records, and support efficient site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities to verify schedule adherence.
• Record all material deliveries and usage on site.
• Track inventory, reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
• Update material usage records using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Report site issues, delays, or observations affecting timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and material movement.
• Assist management with additional site inspection and reporting duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND or B.Sc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years experience in construction or site supervision (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
