Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on our real‑estate projects in Lagos. You will ensure that all works are executed to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship against approved standards.
• Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers and other site personnel.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related challenges.
• Prepare regular site reports and update management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction.
• Proven experience on real‑estate or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage site activities effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Preference for candidates residing in Ajah, Bogije or nearby areas.
