Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Site Architect to join Add.apt’s Lagos team. The role focuses on overseeing our ongoing projects on‑site, coordinating with contractors, and producing detailed shop drawings to ensure designs are executed with integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate design implementation with contractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, including cost estimation.
• Prepare construction documentation and precise shop drawings for fabrication.
• Support prototyping and basic fabrication tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design quality during execution.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Rhino (knowledge of Grasshopper is a plus)
