Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail fashion store in Lagos. The role involves engaging customers, promoting our fabric collections, and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in customers, assist with fabric selection and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships.
• Fold, arrange and organize fabrics and store displays.
• Keep the store clean, neat and visually appealing.
• Capture clear photos and videos of fabrics and new arrivals.
• Post product updates on Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries both in‑store and online.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock management.
• Support daily store operations and administrative tasks.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience (advantageous).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑presented, courteous and customer‑oriented.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, hardworking, honest and reliable.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Pleasant and welcoming personality with strong work ethic.
• Passion for fashion, fabrics and customer service.

Required skills

• Instagram (basic knowledge for posting content).
