Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

CoreHR Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercialisation of creative projects and curated gifting collections. You will own the end‑to‑end process from concept development to market launch, driving revenue and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial plans for projects such as holiday gifting, Valentine collections, bridal gifts and cultural events, setting sales targets, timelines and pricing strategies.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, identify individual, corporate and institutional prospects, and convert them into repeat and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, coordinating designers, photographers and videographers.
• Liaise with vendors, obtain quotations, oversee production schedules and ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, track market trends and produce post‑project performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, project management, events, hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle, fashion or gifting.
• Strong commercial orientation with a proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with external partners, designers and vendors.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
