About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales and Marketing Executive to boost property sales, generate qualified leads, and support the execution of our marketing strategies within a fast‑growing property development and management firm.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through creative and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Identify and engage potential clients for residential and commercial property sales.
- Convert leads into successful sales or rental agreements.
- Assist clients with property viewings, guide them through negotiations, and maintain consistent follow‑up to close deals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during site tours, events, and networking engagements.
- Meet quarterly revenue targets and prepare monthly sales reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing role within the property sector.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Result‑oriented and strategy‑driven mindset.
- Strong market knowledge and confidence in dealing with clients.
Required skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Effective lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦250,000 to ₦350,000.
- Performance‑based commissions: 1 % on internal sales and 20 % of the company’s fee on rentals and external sales.
- Opportunity to grow within a dynamic real‑estate environment on Victoria Island.
