Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating new property leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Promote and market available properties to prospective clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations when required.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and available listings.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer‑relationship and networking skills.
• Confident, persuasive, proactive and target‑driven.
