Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive property sales for a growing real‑estate portfolio in Lagos. You will generate leads, engage prospects and guide them through the sales process to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through referrals, social media, networking and direct prospecting.
• Engage prospective clients to understand their property needs, preferences and budgets.
• Present and promote available properties to buyers and investors.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections and client meetings.
• Negotiate with prospects and support the closing of sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the company’s portfolio, pricing, market trends and competition.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversions and challenges to management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a related role.
• Experience in real‑estate sales is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
