Sales Executive

About the role

Primote Africa is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of Septem Paints across residential, commercial, industrial and marine projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for architects, contractors and site managers, presenting our decorative, protective and marine coating solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect active projects through field visits, directory research and networking.
• Present Septem Paints product ranges to architects, contractors, painters and site managers.
• Recommend appropriate paint systems and application methods based on project specifications.
• Support localized marketing campaigns, product demonstrations and distributor engagement.
• Prepare price estimates, issue commercial quotations and follow up on proposals.
• Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to secure re‑orders and address technical inquiries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on sales experience, preferably in paints, hardware, construction materials or technical sales.
• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or a related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
• Basic knowledge of paints, coatings and surface preparation.
