Sales / Business Development Officer

About the role

The Sales / Business Development Officer will drive growth for Blueice Technology And Consult Limited by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships within the shipping and logistics sector. This full‑time position is based in Lagos (Marina) and offers a chance to contribute directly to revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the shipping and logistics market.
• Acquire and retain clients through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Maintain existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
