Sales Attendant

About the role

The Sales Attendant will be the front‑line representative of our retail store, greeting customers and helping them find the right gadgets and accessories. This full‑time, on‑site role in Lagos Marina offers the chance to work with the latest consumer electronics in a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting gadgets based on their needs.
• Demonstrate product features, explain specifications and pricing, and answer queries.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain attractive product displays, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a clean store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on gadget trends and product knowledge.
• Support inventory management through stock counts and restocking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar retail sales role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for customer engagement.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Social media usage.
