Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will support senior recruitment officers and the CEO in driving student enrollment for partner schools across Lagos and neighboring states. This full‑time position focuses on business development, market intelligence, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior recruitment officers to generate qualified prospects.
• Prepare and submit monthly activity reports to the CEO.
• Research and articulate information about schools to source students.
• Achieve weekly revenue targets of NGN 200,000 and enroll 40 students per year.
• Monitor competitor activities through visits, calls, and emails.
• Develop relationships with private universities, polytechnics, colleges, and secondary schools in Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, Ogun State, and Edo State.
• Create a personalized program in coordination with marketing and recruitment teams.
• Supervise assigned NYSC Corp members and take responsibility for departmental targets.
• Submit memos with ideas to improve processes and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least an HND qualification.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet defined targets.
