About the role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to lead customer engagement and drive digital transformation for new clients across Nigeria and West Africa, with a focus on the banking sector. This full‑time remote position is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who can build strategic accounts and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain deep understanding of customer business needs, KPIs and strategic priorities.
- Guide internal teams to align TeKnowledge solutions with customer goals and translate features into tangible results.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that create business value and drive impact.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, adoption and relationship growth across the portfolio.
- Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline health and strategic goal setting.
- Manage contract negotiations, risk mitigation and revenue protection strategies.
- Foster a high‑performing virtual team to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a sales leader with strong executive presence.
- Deep expertise in B2B technology solutions, preferably within the banking sector.
- Passion for growing strategic accounts across Nigeria and West Africa.
- Ability to coach cross‑functional teams and co‑develop strategic account plans.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
