About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and financial performance. This role combines staff leadership with budget oversight in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising staff and overseeing training programs.
- Developing budgets and managing expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Required profile
- At least 3‑5 years of experience in a similar management role.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
