About the role
The Realtor Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos, responsible for driving land and estate sales while delivering an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads for land and estate investments.
- Conduct property inspections, site tours, and present investment opportunities.
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing, including documentation follow‑up and after‑sales support.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and attend marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong real‑estate and property knowledge, especially land investment and documentation.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent customer‑service abilities, active listening, and clear communication.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills for property tours and investment pitches.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lagos, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for tracking leads and reporting.
- Previous experience in real‑estate sales or related fields is an advantage.
- Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
