Real Estate Marketer

About the role

SabiRecruit is hiring a Real Estate Marketer in Lagos (Amuwo Odofin/Festac area) to market and promote real estate and property. The role involves field visits, presentations and business meetings with potential clients, lead generation and conversion, and meeting agreed business development and client acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote real estate and property.
• Conduct field visits, presentations and business meetings with potential clients.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
• Meet agreed business development and client acquisition targets.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales or business development is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate.
• Must reside in or around Amuwo Odofin, Festac, Lagos.

• Strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented.
