About the role
This internship offers hands‑on experience in real estate development, focusing on site assessments, feasibility studies, and property valuation. You will work closely with senior consultants to support project analysis and acquisition processes in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed developments or redevelopment projects.
- Advise on optimal land use, planning permissions, zoning regulations, and building codes.
- Perform compulsory acquisition assessments and negotiate compensation claims.
- Conduct formal property valuations for sales, acquisitions, taxation, mortgages, insurance, and financial reporting.
- Analyze real‑estate market trends, transactional data, and rental yields to determine accurate property values.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- Less than 1 year of experience or no prior experience.
