Property Manager – Lagos Marina

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee the renovation, maintenance and day-to-day operations of a residential estate in Lagos Marina. You will be responsible for ensuring full occupancy, timely rent collection and compliance with local tenancy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing renovation and restructuring projects, coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Collect rent, service charges and other fees, and pursue arrears recovery.
• Prepare and administer service charge budgets, reconciliations and tenant statements.
• Manage property expenses including statutory charges, insurance premiums, site payroll and maintenance costs.
• Lead advertising and letting activities to keep the estate fully occupied, onboarding and documenting tenants.
• Conduct routine inspections, monitor site income, staff performance and resident complaints.
• Recruit, train and supervise site staff, and produce monthly reports on occupancy, collections and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with Lagos State tenancy law, lease terms and insurance renewals.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of property management experience with proven managerial responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in rent collection and arrears recovery.
• ESVARBON registration or NIESV membership is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos State tenancy legislation and insurance requirements.
