Project Manager OSP/ISP (French/English)

About the role

Fiberco is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of outdoor (OSP) and indoor (ISP) fiber optic projects in Lagos. The role bridges engineering design, field deployment, commissioning and post‑deployment support while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise design, deployment and implementation of OSP and ISP networks.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor all project phases from initiation to completion.
• Lead field teams and subcontractors, overseeing civil works such as trenches and manholes.
• Act as primary client contact, providing regular updates, reports and validation of deliverables.
• Manage material, human and financial resources, track KPIs and mitigate risks.
• Enforce HSE safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in fiber optic deployment (OSP/ISP) and project management within telecom or infrastructure.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of OSP/ISP network deployment.
• Fiber optic deployment expertise.
• Civil engineering works coordination (trenches, manholes, etc.).
• Project planning and execution.
