Project Manager – Infrastructure & EPC Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and EPC projects for our client in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and execution strategies while managing timelines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Lead internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, maintaining transparent communication with clients and senior leadership.
• Enforce QA/QC processes and HSE standards to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable project documentation, including change orders, approvals, progress reports, and final handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
• 7‑10 years of project management experience in infrastructure development, engineering, construction, or oil & gas.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑SP, PMO‑CP, NSE, COREN or equivalent (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and EPC environments.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and industry best practices.
