Project Development Officer

About the role

The Project Development Officer will coordinate and drive the delivery of infrastructure and construction projects for AAO-TSALACH LIMITED. You will ensure projects are planned, executed and closed on schedule, within budget and in compliance with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and deliver project activities, tracking milestones and mitigating risks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project schedules, trackers, action registers and produce status reports for management and clients.
• Facilitate procurement, monitor purchase orders, invoices and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Analyse expenditures, variations and resource utilisation; verify quality and enforce HSE compliance.
• Engage stakeholders, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and manage project handover and lessons‑learned documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery or administration within infrastructure, construction, engineering or oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, reporting and controls.
• Familiarity with procurement, logistics and contractor coordination processes.
• Understanding of HSE requirements and industry regulations.
